Sam Becker
Head Coach
Boys Varsity Football
Coach Becker coached OLB's for the Solon Spartans helping to win an Iowa Class 2A State Championship in 2008. After he graduated from the University of Iowa he spend 6 years in Houston, Texas teaching social studies while coaching baseball/football at Spring Woods High School. In 2014, he and his wife moved back to west Michigan as the offensive coordinator at Grandville High School helping to set a school record in points and make the playoffs for the first time in 8 years. From there he spent two seasons as the head coach of Wyoming High School. Coach Becker has two daughters, Olivia and Claire.
