SPARTA SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL: 1
The Knights woke up early on Saturday morning facing off against Sparta High School on their home pitch. The first half ended in an exhausting tie with possession and control leaning towards the Knights. With both goalies not letting anything through, the game was going to come down to who wanted it more and with that, Elvin Mendez scored four minutes into the second half from a corner kick delivered by Caleb Hodgkinson. The second goal of the game came from Sparta as they were able to break through Kenowa's defense and create a 1v1 with goalie not three minutes later. The tie lasted 20 more minutes as Kenowa was finally able to find the back of the net as Michael Robinson connected with Josh Lake to make the score 2-1. The game ended and the Knight's got their 4th win.
