The Knights second game was away at Newaygo. Last year's game ended with a loss having ended in a score of 6-8. Newaygo was only able to break through the defense twice, other than that, the Kenowa players controlled the game and pace. The Knights were not able to find the back of the net and the game ended with the score of 1-2. Only goal scored from Marcus Parham with the assist coming from Elvin Mendez.
