The Knights put a lot of rock solid defensive effort into tonights' game that was played much in their own end. The back unit worked cohesively to push off attacks and avoid any real good scoring opportunities by the Dutchman. The Knights pushed the attack in the second half, creating many more scoring opportunities, racking up over 15 finishing opportunities between sophomore Blessing Ouding and juniors Kaylyn Holtrop and Taylor Buskard. But the Dutchman capitalized on their few opportunities and Senior Keeper Alexis Lemire may key saves that kept the Knights in it until the end, finishing with 12 saves in the 0-2 loss.
