The Knights started strong off the whistle tonight, stringing together attack after attack with a strong and fast offensive front. Led by Junior Captain Kaylyn Holtrop in the midfield, Kenowa Hills won over 75% of the 50/50 balls which converted to over 20 scoring opportunities over the course of the game. Kaylyn finished with 3 goals and 2 assists, dominating the field of play. Junior Taylor Buskard produced over 10 scoring opportunities, putting 5 shots on net and also finishing a hat trick of 3 goals, along with an assist. Senior Captain Alli Weishuhn, alongside Megan Mentalewicz, led the defensive line to stopping most drives before Greenville could get off a shot. Keeper Alexis Lemire finished with 8 saves to earn her first shutout.
