The Knights found the lead before half time, leading 2-1 with a goals from Peyton Thayer and Taylor Buskard, with assists by captians Kaylyn Holtrop and Taylor Buskard. The Knights played exceptional defense but a few errors had cost the lead to get away from them. Sophomore Haley Huckleberry kept the Knights alive through the game, logging 14 saves.
