Heading into their 3rd straight game in a row, the Knights showed poise and confidence as they played aggressive and smart defense against the powerful Sailors.. The Knights fought off most of the Sailors attacks, defending extremely well against their unbeaten conference rivals. Sophomore keeper Hailey Huckleberry found 15 saves while the the strong defensive back leaders, Charlize VandenBerg and Taylor Buskard, stayed tucked in and forced many errors. The Knights' organized containment of Sailors strengthened their resolve in battling to the end.
