Boys Varsity Basketball Holds on to Beat Potter's House

The boys varsity basketball team pulled out a hard fought victory over Potter's House Tuesday night, 65-60, avenging a loss to the Panthers last year. After a rough start getting down by over 10 to the aggressive opponent, the Knights clawed back with a 23-10 2nd quarter to take an 8 point lead into half, and hold on in the second half. The Knights were led in scoring by senior Isaac Warning with 19 points and 5 rebounds. Senior Ryan Bart chipped in 13 points and 7 rebounds on his 18th birthday! Seniors Gabe Schoenborn and Devin Droski both added 9 points and 4 assists each. The Knights are now 3-3 on the season, while the JV Knights won big and are now 5-1. All three levels play Fruitport Thursday (F and JV) and Friday (Varsity after the girls).
