All three levels for the boys basketball program were able to get victories over Fruitport Thursday and Friday. The Freshmen and JV's traveled to Fruitport Thursday, both getting double digit wins. Friday night, which was also the programs annual youth night, the varsity team avenged an earlier season loss at Fruitport by earning a 60-43 victory at home. The Knights opened the game very focused defensively, holding the Trojans to 2 first quarter points to build the lead to 17-2. Their defense intensity continued into the 2nd quarter, opening up the lead to 33-11 heading into halftime, and held onto the win through the second half. Senior Ryan Bart led the team in scoring with 16 points. Isaac Warning (10 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists), Evan Breuker (10 points), and Isaac Buckwalter (9 points) also contributed in the win.
