A total team effort produced some wonderful results for the Girls Varsity Golf Team at the Russ Johnsen Memorial Invitational. The Knights tallied a 387 team total to claim a 9th place finish. Senior Taylor Charon took home some hardware by collecting two medals. Taylor carded a 48/42 for a total of 90 for 18 holes to earn a top twenty medal, and snatched a second medal by blasting a 223 yard drive to win the longest drive hole. Rounding out the scoring for Kenowa was junior Kennedy Ansmits with a 50/43 (93 total), senior Jenna Skislak carding 56/46 ( 102 total) and freshman Emily Noble, shooting 102 (54/48). The 387 team total was a 30 stroke improvement over last year's score for the Knights. Well done, ladies!
