The Kenowa Hills varsity volleyball team finished with a 3-2-1 record for the day to open their 2018 season at the WMVOA Tournament on Friday. With victories over Greenville, Laingsburg, and Kent City, a tie with Greenville, and losses to Wayland and eventual champions from Grant, the Lady Knights finished strong to claim first place in the bronze division. Varsity team members include seniors Kyla Reichert, Madi Skinner, MaKenna Joustra, Hali Blik, and Megan VanHorn, juniors Macey Sevigny, Mishelle Bergsma, and Gracyn DeMann, and sophomores Anna Longcore and Laura Perrin. The first home match will be September 5 against Holland; freshmen and JV will play at 5:30 with varsity following at approximately 6:30. Go Knights!
