In an exciting match at Mona Shores, the Lady Knights played some great volleyball but came up short with a 2-3 loss. Scores for the match were 22-25, 25-21, 25-18, 13-25, and 13-15.
With great team effort and hustle, the defense was outstanding with 6 blocks from Laura Perrin and 3 apiece from Gracyn DeMann and Megan VanHorn. The backrow was led by 38 digs from Macey Sevigny and 28 from MaKenna Joustra. Offensively, MaKenna set the ball up for 27 assists, leading to 12 kills from Hali Blik and 9 from Megan. At the service line MaKenna and Gracyn each scored with an ace, and Macey, MaKenna, Gracyn, Hali, Kyla Reichert, and Mishelle Bergsma all served 100% in the match. Great job, ladies!
