The Lady Knights traveled to East Grand Rapids on Saturday where they defeated Mona Shores, tied with EGR, and lost to Rockford.  Excellent defense throughout the day was led by Anna Longcore with 31 digs; Macey Sevigny added 27, and Gracyn dug up 25 balls.  At the net, Gracyn stuffed the opponents for 8 blocks followed by Shelby Porter with 7 and Anna with 6.  On the offensive end, Autumn Cole set up the hitters for 44 assists.  Leading attackers were Shelby with 16 kills along with Anna and Gracyn with 12 apiece.  Serving up an ace each were Kaylee Webber, Macey, and Gracyn.  In addition to their aces, Kaylee and Macey excelled at the serving line with 100% for the day.  Great job, Knights!  On Tuesday, the volleyball teams will be holding their annual Cancer Awareness Night when they host the Trojans from Fruitport.  Come and support your fellow Knights and Gilda's Club of Grand Rapids.  Go Knights!
