Participating in one varsity sport can be tough enough at times but to Junior Cadin Rose, he credits wrestling for his competitive edge on the football and baseball fields! Rose is a 3x Varsity Wrestler and is utilizing the extra strength, speed and toughness the cross-training of being a wrestler helps him to improve his overall skills as a football player!
All other Football Players are encourage to join Cadin on the wrestling team this season and reap the benefits!
Anyone still interested it’s not too late, stop by the wrestling room for practice after school!
