The Kenowa Hills wrestling program has a rich tradition of its alumni giving back, staying connected and returning to share motivational words of wisdom with the current generation!
Today we were blessed by the presence of 2019 Grad and current Aquinas College student-Athlete Spencer Munn! His words of wisdom to the team is to stick it out, when January rolls around and your second guessing yourself, stick to the fight it will pay off and their will come days after you graduate when you will miss it!
