For most Freshman it takes awhile to make the adjustment to high school wrestling but Jake Jonkers is cutting the learning curve in half! As a true student of the sport, Jonkers is constantly asking questions and building his knowledge to get better faster! He's off to an impressive 8-3 record on the Varsity team holding down the 130# weight class!
Last week in competition, Jake won a big match versus Wayland that helped secure the team's advancement to the conference finals this coming Wednesday!
Jake in not only getting the job done on the mats, in the classroom he has all "A's"
