Senior Cadin Rose is KENOWA HILLS WRESTLER OF THE WEEK!

Rose is rising to the top each week...clearly on a mission with a sense of urgency pinning all but one of his opponents this season!  Cadin is a Team Captain that chooses to flex his leadership skills by example having won all 13 of his bouts this season now standing at a perfect 13-0 at the 189# weight class.  

This past week Cadin helped the team win close victories versus Hamilton 42-34, Northview 47-36 and Forest Hillls Eastern 48-32 and helped position the Kniights to a TOP 3 placement in the OK Black Conference!  The Knights are now 10-6 on the season as a team!

Cadin is a 3-Sport Athlete and while competing on the wrestling team is one of the sports he chooses, football is his true passion!  Football is the sport Cadin will be pursuing at the next level in college having narrowed his choices down to Olivet College or The University of Jamestown!  

When asked about the impact wrestling has had on his stellar football career growing up, Cadin added. "I believe that wrestling has truly helped me excel in everything that I do in life especially football.  My dream has always been to play football in college.  I now have that opportunity with scholarships offers and I credit 90% of my accomplishments and athleticism to wrestling! I am so blessed to be able to have this opportunity and it would not have been possible without wrestling."

Next week Wednesday, the Knights Men & Women Wrestling Teams travel to Forest Hillls Central to take on the Rangers in a dual beginning at 6:00pm.
