Alpha Weight Monitoring Program
This handout will provide you all the details about what we call the "ALPHA" process, which is basically how each wrestler determines it's safest, healthiest minimum weight class allowed to compete.
Skin Form
This is the form that must be complete by a doctor or PA when a wrestlers has a virus or skin disease that is requires treatment prior to returning to competition. Print the form, bring with you to the doctors office and return to your coach.
