Weight Lifting Schedule 3x Per Week For ALL Kenowa Hills Wrestlers

All KH Wrestlers are expected to be in the weight room 3x per week with KH Strength Coach Scott Snyder.

Monday & Thursday's 3:00pm-3:45pm

Tuesday's 6:30am-7:15am
